Requirements

If you are an individual who plans to attend a post-secondary educational institution (whether new or returning student), the following criteria must be met:

• You must have lived in New Brunswick for at least one year prior to application
• You must be a member of Progressive Credit Union Limited or a dependant of a member with whom you reside
• You must plan to attend an accredited educational institution within Canada

Requirements for the application in addition to the completed application form are as follows:

• If you have just graduated from high school, an official high school transcript (Grades 10 through 12 – if you have not yet graduated, please provide Grades 10 and 11)
• If you are currently at a post-secondary level, an official transcript of the last year attended in addition to your high school transcript
• A minimum of two letters of recommendation (non-family)
• A 200 word summary of what you feel differentiates Credit Unions from other types of Financial Institutions
• A completed family information form (attached to the application above)
