❖ Eligibility, including a commitment to post secondary education.
❖ A 500-750 word essay on what hockey has meant to them.
❖ Future education plans and goals.
❖ Club and community volunteer contribution.
❖ Academic & athletic performance.
❖ Financial need
❖ Number of years of participation in RMHC
